Refund policy
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Items must be returned with original tags and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Intimate apparel (such as underwear or swimwear) for hygiene reasons
Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Lumiere cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:
• Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, style, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at info@lumieresthetics.net within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
